Student Accounts Issues
May. 4, 2009 by lsbrown
Dear Wesleyan Senior:
On May 1 we sent an E-Bill to both you and anyone you set up as an Authorized Payer that shows your balance due as of that date. All accounts will be adjusted daily for both charges and credits that we receive. You can view your updated account details at any time via the Student Accounts link in the Financial Information section of your Electronic Portfolio.
This message is to remind you that balances must be satisfied by May 21st in order to prevent a hold on your diploma. Please note: no student receives a diploma at the podium on Commencement Day. The Registrar’s Office will distribute them in their offices on the first floor of North College on Friday, May 22nd from 10:00-5:00. We will be able to accept payments and issue hold releases on that day. Neither the Registrar’s Office nor Student Accounts will be open at any time over the weekend.
Some departments issue charges to Student Accounts very late in May. Most often, these would be for overdue library books or unreturned athletic equipment and you can avoid these late charges by returning all materials as soon as possible but no later than May 15.
Your cooperation in these matters will be greatly appreciated and will help ensure a pleasant Commencement Day. The entire staff joins me in wishing you a happy and successful future.
Sincerely yours,
René R. Rinaldi
